I was a member of the team that prosecuted the teachers and administrators involved in the Atlanta Public School Cheating Scandal, the longest RICO criminal trial in the State of Georgia, lasting from August 11, 2014, through April 1, 2015. I have tried over 95 felony cases to verdict.

What Can I Do for You?
Consulting: Legal Plot Points
Those in the field of law enforcment and the criminal justice system hate it when a writer gets its wrong. Often the character will do something no police officer or lawyer would ever do. We, the audience, then stop reading or watching, tell all of our friends how bad the book or television show was, and blame it on the writer who got it wrong. Don't let that happend to you.
That is why I offer my consulting services to other writers. If you want to know if you got it right, if that plot point will work, if the science is real or you need to know what your character would actually do next, please contact me. See the schedule of fees below.
Event Presenter: Never Boring
Over the last two years I have been the keynote speaker at numerous conferences throughout the United States and Canada. I have spoken to various groups about numerous topics including the criminal justice system, "Strategic Case Analysis," trial preparaion, closing arguments, opening statements and jury selection. I have also presented to Georgia's prosecutors, Superior Court Judges and Judical Law Clerks on specific areas of the law, such a post-conviction pro se motions, contempt, self-representation and plea colloquies.
If there is topic you would like me to address for your group, please contact me. The schedule of speaking fees is below.
Best-selling authors do their research. I am sure you have noticed that writers such as Robert Crais, Michael Connelly and Deborah Crombie thank and acknowledge their crimnal justice consultants.
